Play Stations
Keeping youngsters occupied with healthful fun is easy at Blackburn's. We have three
separate play stations on our playgrounds. Parents can lounge beside the pool or under the
pavilion while keeping an eye on playing children. |

Playgrounds
Softball, field hockey, soccer, even a little football. Shuffleboard, basketball,
volleyball, badminton, horseshoes pits - they are all here. Play stations are on the edge
of the playgrounds so the little ones are not far from the older kids.

Swimming Pool & Pavilion
No doubt about, the pool is the center of activity each summer. Surrounding the pool are
the playgrounds, playstations, and the pavilion. Put them all together and you have the
on-sight hang-out for all ages! Pool is open 24 hours a day too! |

Nature Trail
The nature trail wanders around our 20 private acres. Identification signs tell what
species of trees you are seeing. Deer, wild turkey, several species of small animals, and
birds all come for treats at our trailside feeders.
